Your terms and conditions
Hosting use
PAC WebHosting LTD reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers and/or services to anyone.
PAC WebHosting LTD does not allow any of the following on or from its servers:
- Adult material - includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content.
- Excessive download content or non-linked content.
- Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any English Law is prohibited.
- Copyrighted material*, trademark*, intellectual property*
- Material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute without proper authorization.
- Information, tools or attempts related to hacking, phreaking, phishing, anarchy, virii or spam
- Unsolicited mass mailing is not tolerated on our servers and any account found to be in breach of this will be terminated without delay.
- Pharmacy websites and variations thereof
Refusal of service based on content matching any of the above criteria is entirely at the discretion of PAC WebHosting LTD
PAC WebHosting LTD reserves the right to move your data to a different server with no previous notice.
* PAC WebHosting LTD make regular sweeps of our servers and if you are found to have any of the said material within your hosting account that PAC WebHosting believe belongs to another party you will be asked to provide proof of ownership or right of use, onus is on you to prove ownership/usage rights not PAC WebHosting LTD to prove you do not.

We will endeavor to provide a continuous high quality service.
If you experience any problems with your service, you should consult our knowledgebase HERE
Should you fail to find a resolution to your problem in our knowledgebase then you are advised to raise a support ticket from our support website HERE directed to the relevant department.
Please note we may require suspension of some of our services for short scheduled periods to carry out maintenance or repair to our services. Information concerning scheduled downtime is available via the announcements area of our support website, as are details of any interruptions to our services.
Domain Registration
All domains are registered with the details you provide to us when you purchase your domain name, this includes free domains
All .UK domains are subject to a contract with Nominet please click HERE to view the contract.
You are responsible for maintaining your whois record for your domain at all times with correct contact information in particular your registrant email address
Failure to keep the above registrant email address information correct can seriously affect our ability to contact you should your domain become overdue, expire or be marked for deletion so it is very important to keep this upto date as in the event of a renewal failure it is the last line of notification.
High Resource User Policy
Resources are defined as bandwidth, processor utilization or disk space.
PAC WebHosting LTD may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:
- When the resources utilised by a customer in using a service are abnormally high, PAC WebHosting LTD reserves the right to suspend that service immediately.
This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our services.
Customers may be offered an option whereby PAC WebHosting LTD continues supplying the service under a reduced usage criteria specified by PAC WebHosting LTD.
Failure to comply with such measures may result in your service being terminated.
Payment policies
All web hosting accounts are set up on a prepay basis.
Although PAC WebHosting LTD reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time, all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment.
Payment is due every 1 calendar year, from the date the account was established.
Service is suspended when an invoice remains unpaid 3 days after the invoice due date.
Service is cancelled by PAC WebHosting LTD if an invoice remains unpaid 14 days after invoice due date
In addition, PAC WebHosting LTD reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared.
Any non-payment of a recurring invoice may be subject to a £5 administration charge.
The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer receives notification from PAC WebHosting LTD of receipt of their cancellation request (please see cancellation and refunds section for full procedure).
You are required to have a valid email address and contact telephone number registered on your account at all times, failure to do so may result in suspension of your account.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail.
All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been made.
All payment is in UK sterling.
Your personal details
Please note that whilst your email is primarily used for billing purposes, PAC WebHosting LTD reserves the right to email you information about enhancements to our systems and product offerings
We will not provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission.
However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that PAC WebHosting LTD may use for the purposes of delivering specific services to you (e.g. customer support).
You are removed from our mailing list when you cease to have any active products or services with us, if you find you are still receiving communication after this time please email sales@pacwebhosting.com and advise.
Payment options
PAC WebHosting LTD currently accepts the following payment options.
Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Solo, American Express / PayPal.
Cancellation and refunds
PAC WebHosting LTD reserves the right to cancel the service at any time.
If a customer contravenes PAC WebHosting LTD's terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Customers may cancel their account at any time by giving written or electronic notice to PAC WebHosting LTD.
If you have not received confirmation of cancellation from PAC WebHosting LTD after 24 hours you must contact PAC WebHosting LTD by telephone to facilitate your cancellation on 0845 094 8697, international callers please dial +44 845 094 8697.
Cancellation must be made within 5 days of your next invoice due date, PAC WebHosting LTD will not be held responsible for any automated payments taken if you fail to give the required 5 days notice and your account is not cancelled before the due date.
All payments made to PAC WebHosting LTD are non refundable with the exception of the 14 day money back guarantee.
All billing disputes must be notified within 30 days of them occurring.
Chargeback's
Any customer withdrawing payments via debit/credit card or paypal (a "chargeback") may be subject to a punitive fee of £50, should the company deem this chargeback to be unfair.
The company also reserves its right to defend such chargeback's and recover the original monies from the card issuer.
PAC Web Hosting offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on purchases made on our website*
Please note if you exercise the 14 day guarantee on a hosting package that came supplied with a free domain then you will lose access to control the domain.
If you would like to retain control/ownership of the domain name then please let us know during cancellation and we will raise an invoice for the domain name enabling you to retain it.
On the 15th day after purchase providing you have not exercised your 14 day guarantee then any free domains provided as part of that purchase are yours to keep.
*Due to the nature of domain names and SSL certificates being non refundable once registered this guarantee does not apply to domain names or SSL certificates.
Availability of service
We aim to provide service 24/7 however sometimes for a number of potential reasons, service may be unavailable.
Due to the nature of web hosting and the internet, occasional unavailability of the services cannot be avoided.
Potentital cause may include but are not limited to:
Equipment malfunction,power failure,failure of a communication link,hostile network attacks
In view of this we cannot promise to provide you with an uninterrupted (100% uptime guarantee)
We monitor our servers 24/7 and our technicians who work 24/7 are alerted to any downtime immediately.
If there is an issue affecting availability of our services we assure you that our technicians will work to rectify it immediately.
Affiliate scheme
All earnings via our affiliate scheme are redeemable against PAC WebHosting LTD's products only.
A balance of £10 or more is required before you can use your affiliate balance.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold PAC WebHosting LTD harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against PAC WebHosting LTD, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PAC WebHosting LTD against liabilities arising out of;
- any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with PAC WebHosting LTD' server's;
- any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
- copyright infringement and;
- any defective products sold to customer from PAC WebHosting LTD' server's.
Disclaimer
PAC WebHosting LTD will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer.
PAC WebHosting LTD makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.
PAC WebHosting LTD does back up your data/website and whilst every attempt would be made in the unlikely event of any corruption or hardware failure, PAC WebHosting LTD cannot guarantee to be able to restore from backup or replace lost data.
PAC WebHosting LTD disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by PAC WebHosting LTD and its employees
PAC WebHosting LTD reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
