We use a system from r1soft which provides Continuous Data Protection or CDP for short, on all our servers.

This allows us to frequently make backups of your data, for example we backup your website and databases, if you have any, once an hour and we keep them for 48 hours. This means you can restore your data to exactly how it was at any hour in the last 48!

In addition to this we make a backup once every 24 hours and keep the last 31 which gives you the flexibility to restore your data to any daily backup in the last month!!

Finally we take a backup on the 1st day of every month and keep the last 12 so you can also restore your data from any monthly backup from the last year!!

You also get the functionality and ease of an r1soft control panel to restore your own data from any backup set as mentioned above!

Of course we will also restore anything for you if you would prefer, just ask.

For further peace of mind, all of your data is stored safely away on our backup servers and not on the same server as your account.

The backup servers are located on a private network to ensure speedy file restores at Gigabit network speed.
