We needed to migrate our eCommerce websites to a new host as quickly as
possible following a server security breach with the company we had been
with for many years, fortunately our websites had not been adversely affected.
This was clearly not planned for but when Pacweb got involved everything they said they would do they did, and very efficiently.
It was very straight forward and the support was and is far better than we had experienced with the previous company.
Added to this their high level of security means a repeat of our last experience is very unlikely.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Pacweb to other businesses.
